Who studied Holistic Nutrition, specialising in Health & Wellness coaching at the 'Institute Of Integrated Nutrition', is a Health & Wellness Coach and qualified for the GB squad in sprint triathlon in 2019.
After working with clients for a couple of years in my health & wellness business, I realised the work was having a very powerful & mirror effect on me. One of the key things that comes with trying to reach any lifetime goal is to focus on changing daily habits. When this is achieved consistently, adaptions are able to take place in the body. It’s these adaptions that create strength, new pathways & opportunity.
I was curious to see what I could achieve, how far I could push myself & where my boundaries might be in my mid-forties. My journey so far has taken a lot of discipline, strength of mind & commitment. It can be challenging at times, but it helps me focus on the positive features of my life & the achievements are so rewarding.
During this time, my mission has been to play a crucial role in improving the health & happiness of anyone who is willing to prioritise their health too. Helping clients with varying health issues, including sugar addiction, digestive sensitivities, food intolerance’s, inflammation, menopause, type 2 diabetes & cancer is incredibly rewarding.
After moving to the UK I was looking for clean drinking water for our family, when I recalled that Megan worked with water and would be able to in purchasing my new ioniser for electrolysed reduced water. It was perfect timing because I was also doing a deep 40 day cleansing diet for my health and was able to add the 3 day water fast at the end once my machine arrived, knowing I was drinking the best water for optimal hydration.

I have joined Megan for 2 separate water fast experiences. Due to my personal commitments the 1st time I entered the fast & planned on only completing 48hrs. I did it & I feel like a new woman. I am 4 pounds lighter & it’s set me up for future good habits! I quite fancy doing 24-36 hours regularly!
The next time, I was able to complete the full 72hrs & was super proud of myself. I was feeling slightly apprehensive for the last day, because it was the longest fast I’ve ever done but I pushed on through and felt amazing, with the incentive that the benefits increased the longer I continued.

My first water fast experience within an incredible container of knowledge, expertise and support was amazing. I finished the 3 days and learnt what not to do to have a better experience. Rest - no HIIT exercise and add salt to my water when I need it.
When I did it a 2nd time, I pushed beyond the 72hrs for the water fast & felt the best I have ever felt on Day 4.
